Category images illustrate product categories and do not confirm stock, brand authorization or a final product specification. A submitted inquiry is not an accepted order. Product specifications, quantity, price, currency, delivery and payment terms must be agreed in a written quotation or pro forma invoice before an order is confirmed.
MOQ and tier prices
MOQ, pack multiples and price tiers vary by SKU. Published product-specific values take precedence over general examples. Tier quantities apply per SKU unless the written quote expressly allows mixing. Prices exclude freight and other charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Samples and product approval
Sample availability, sample charges, freight and any credit against a later bulk order must be confirmed in writing. Review materials, dimensions, colour and packaging before approving bulk production or shipment.
Payment and order confirmation
Payment instructions are provided through the agreed order or invoice and must identify the company beneficiary. Verify any changed bank details directly with sales@sayuntrade.com and the published WhatsApp number before paying. The presence of a cart or checkout does not guarantee every payment method is available.
Delivery, changes and claims
Lead times and delivery terms are confirmed per order. Contact us before shipment to request changes or cancellation; the outcome depends on order progress and the agreed terms. Report shortages, damage or specification discrepancies promptly with the order reference, photos and packing information. Returns, replacements and refunds are assessed against the agreed order and applicable law; these terms do not remove mandatory rights.
