How freight is calculated
Freight depends on destination, packed weight, parcel dimensions, service and applicable surcharges. Where a configured calculator is available, it uses the published product weight and confirmed rate rules. Dimensional weight, remote-area fees, insurance and other charges may require a separate written quote.
Dispatch and transit
Dispatch and estimated transit are confirmed for each order after product and payment arrangements are agreed. Transit estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Request tracking information after dispatch where the selected service supports it.

Duties, taxes, clearance responsibilities and required documentation depend on the destination and the delivery terms agreed for the order. Confirm these responsibilities before payment.
